Wet grinders are manufactured in India and the wholesale dealer/importer we deal with doesn't offer warranty/guarantee or servicing/repair works for the aforementioned product. Thus unfortunately we won't be able to provide the same as well.
However, as a part of our quality control and as a standard procedure for appliances we open the box to make sure there aren't any damages and make sure the main motor functions properly. We also add additional padding and support for shipment.
